Dr. Sunny

Dr. Sunny Wang graduated from UBC with an Honours Degree in Biology, and then received her Doctor of Optometry degree at Pacific University in Oregon, USA.

During her externship, Dr. Sunny worked in a variety of clinical settings including a Veterans Affairs Hospital, a corneal specialist, and a private clinic that specializes in visual rehabilitation from traumatic brain injury.

Dr. Sunny loves to meet different people through her work, and she likes to answer her patients’ questions to help her patients better understand their own eye health.

Dr. Sunny remains independent from any optical retail (she does not sell glasses), so she can focus her time and energy on better serving her patients by keeping up with the latest technology and developments in the treatment of eye diseases.

Outside of work, Dr. Sunny enjoys hiking.
